Mimi Kennedy in The Lady With All The Answers

Variety:
Anyone who can't enjoy a couple of hours in her company, in the form of Mimi Kennedy's winning impersonation in David Rambo's "The Lady With All the Answers," must have -- to use one of her catchphrases -- a geranium in his cranium. Kennedy's Landers exudes strength gained from decades of learning through listening. Such airy, seamless entertainment seems to have come together naturally rather than been directed. All the more credit to helmer Brendon Fox, then, for his flawless pacing and integration of lights and sound.

Hollywood Reporter:
The result is a lighthearted divertissement with heart that, thanks to an unusually authentic performance by Mimi Kennedy, makes for a pleasant, funny and gently provocative two hours.
One-actor shows are never easy, but this one takes a particular type of intelligence, sympathy, patience and pacing that Kennedy, Rambo and director Brendon Fox, associate producer of L.A. TheatreWorks, manage extremely well. The silent action of the final few minutes draws back the curtain on Landers' grief and resolve without becoming maudlin.

"Brendon Fox and Mimi Kennedy were the perfect pair to bring my mother to life on the stage. It was a marvelous production -- both touching and entertaining." -Margo Howard (Ann Lander's daughter)

"Above all, Brendon's a fantastic listener. He listens to the play, the other artists, and audiences with a kind of discerning empathy resulting a production that's as fully realized in every respect as any playwright could hope to have. I love working with him, and would trust him with anything I've written or yet to write."
-David Rambo (Playwright)
